I manage the salon's daily social media content — creating before-and-after transformation posts, educational hair care reels, brand storytelling, and customer testimonial highlights. Each piece of content is designed to showcase the salon's expertise in organic, ammonia-free treatments while driving bookings through strategic calls to action.
Through consistent, high-quality content and strategic engagement, the salon has built a loyal following of nearly 2,000 on Facebook, with regular client bookings driven directly from social media content and campaigns.
